The Project Finance Division provides financing for:
Progress draw financing during the course of construction. Depending on the project type and configuration, the financing can be structured either as a revolving facility or as a cost to complete loan.
Interim financing for completed projects that have remaining unsold ‘spec’ inventory. This allows a developer to pay out the construction lender, or withdraw some equity/profits in the unsold units thereby providing cash proceeds for their next project.
Interm financing for existing rental buildings where the owner intends to convert the units to condominiums and sell them to individual owner-occupants or investors.
Provides acquisition financing of the existing building as well as financing of the common area and unit improvement costs.
Provides financing of individual condominium units that are held as rentals.
